[Profile UI] Shorter profile image in mobile

When you check a profile page on your phone, the avatar image can occupy a lot of space. This can be quite annoying and I decided to limit its height and make it behave like a header. I'm not 100% this is the direction we should go, but I'm looking forward to test it for some days.

We should make other improvements here soon.
