New privacy (video visibility) options

As now you can record a coding session for a team, the default permission is that only team members can watch it. We are going to add an option so you can record for a team, but still make it private (only visible to you) or public (anybody that is not part of the team can watch).

This is going to be useful for us, as we are recording public videos, but we want them to be part of the @gitduck team.
