Firebase Chat App: Swift 3 migration, fix Keychain Sharing, and purge console garbage (Ep 24)

By popular request, we're going to go over how to migrate our Firebase Chat Application to Swift 3 with the help of Xcode 8. I'll quickly go over how to convert to the new Swift syntax first. Secondly, we'll look at how to purge the console of all the unhelpful garbage that is now present in Xcode 8.
